My earliest art-related memory occurred in the first grade when a concerned Sister Therese sent me home with a note for my parents—along with my detailed depiction of Adam and Eve…without benefit of fig leaves. I wish I had saved that drawing.
I went on to major in Fine Arts at the University of New Orleans with a focus on painting and printmaking. Since 1993 I have served as a partner and creative director at Design III, a full service graphic design firm. When our business became virtual a few years ago, I found more time to spend painting—first for family and friends, and then for actual collectors. Today my portraits, seascapes, and still life works hang in numerous private collections across the country.
My mission is to provide the collector with a painting that allows the love or appreciation they have for the subject to become timeless. This is achieved by working closely with them from initial concept sketches through in-process photos and final approval before a painting is shipped. Each painting is an honor and a thrill for me to produce.
